Quality is free - once said by Philip B. Crosby. This phrase is still true but quality is today become a professional way of thinking. Already in 1986 the first international standard for Quality Management saw the daylight. It was ISO 9001 that today - after some revision still is the leading standard. It is today called ISO 9001:2000. Quality Management is an integral part of top management. It influences the strategy of the way your company should be run. You will set up goals for improving your performance of quality and you should currently continue with ways to conduct quality improvements. Quality covers also your product or services. The market demand product or services that fulfill the requirement of the customer and the increasing competition force you to do deliveries without failures.
